Abstract

This article analyzes data on Chinese listed companies from 2009 to 2022 and explores the relationship between digital transformation, coopetition strategy and corporate performance. Using panel data analysis, using OLS and fixed effects models, the study found that digital transformation significantly improves corporate performance. In addition, coopetition strategy play a crucial intermediary role in this relationship, balancing competition and cooperation. The findings further indicate that the impact of digital transformation on corporate performance differs significantly between state-owned enterprises and non-state-owned enterprises, with non-state-owned enterprises benefiting more due to their greater flexibility in adapting to digital practices. These insights provide theoretical contributions and practical implications for developing effective digital transformation and coopetition strategy, helping policymakers promote sustainable business development.
