Abstract

Cet article presente la mise en place d’une formation a l’intersectionnalite dispensee a des enseignant-e-s stagiaires en formation initiale dans le but d’orienter leur prise en consideration de certains indicateurs sociologiques des eleves. Une formation courte (15 h) a ete menee, visant le developpement des competences professionnelles enseignantes croisant pertinence didactique et facteurs sociologiques. Elle s’adressait a des enseignant-e-s stagiaires du premier degre a propos de leur enseignement en Education Physique et Sportive (EPS). Quelles transformations des gestes professionnels seraient essentielles pour que les pratiques des enseignant-e-s stagiaires integrent davantage certains marqueurs sociaux : la classe sociale, le genre et/ou l’ethnicite dans leur reflexion didactique ? La conception et la mise en œuvre de leur enseignement en EPS peuvent-elle etre inflechies pour limiter les apprentissages empeches des eleves ? Les premiers resultats mettent en evidence que la formation suivie promouvant une approche intersectionnelle engage les enseignant-e-s stagiaires a une certaine prise de conscience.
