Esboza los rasgos esenciales de una estrategia de crecimiento con equidad rural y analiza algunas líneas alternativas de política social para el sector. Subraya la importancia del papel del campesinado en la expansión del mercado interno y en una estrategia viable de desarrollo nacional.
