Yetenek Yönetimi Felsefesine Farklý Lenslerle Bakabilmek Üzerine Alýþtýrmalar

Abstract

Makroekonomik güçler karlarý azaltmaya devam ederken, örgütler iþgücünün daha buluþçu ve verimli olmasýný istemektedirler. Talepteki arz ve talep baskýsý yakýn gelecekte üst düzey yürütücülerin gündeminin en tepesine oturacaktýr. Þirketler örgüt stratejisi ve yetenekleri birlikte yürütürken bakýþ açýlarýný, süreçlerini ve uygulamalarýný da deðiþtirmelidirler. Bununla birlikte yetenek yönetimi çabalarý þirkete özgün iþ stratejilerinin baþarýlmasýnda ihtiyaç duyulan yetenekleride geliþtirmelidir. Bu noktada örgütlerin kilit yetenek pozisyonlarýnýn doldurulmasýný saðlayacak yüksek potansiyel ve yüksek performanslýlar havuzlarýnýn oluþturulmasýnda yetenek havuzlarý kavramýndan yararlandýk. Yetenek yönetiminin teorik anlamda anlaþýlmasýna katký verme adýna bu çalýþma yetenek yönetimine farklý bakýþ açýlarý ile bakýlmasýný saðlamayý amaçlamaktadýr. Çok sayýda farklý kavram ve konular tanýmlanmaya çalýþýlmýþtýr.
