Crecimiento Economico Y Transporte Marítimo En America Latina, 2000-2015: Los Efectos De Políticas Comerciales Y Modelizacion Con Datos Panel

Abstract

Las estrategias de política comercial desarrolladas en América Latina generan diferentes agrupaciones comerciales, entre las que cabe destacar Alianza del Pacífico y Mercosur, caracterizados por la importancia del comercio exterior en su economía y por tener al transporte marítimo contenerizado como elemento clave en las estrategias de inversión y crecimiento. Este artículo realiza un análisis entre el crecimiento económico y el transporte marítimo de ambos bloques a través de la metodología de datos de panel, los resultados muestran diferencias y sugieren una línea de trabajo común en la búsqueda de nuevos mercados y sincronización de estrategias de desarrollo portuario.
