Abstract

The psilosophical perspective creates training as the process of driving internal and external factors on the learner, and pedagogically this is seen as a complex training that the person carries out with the help of action models specific to permanent education. The analysis of continuous training programs was a perfect preoccupation, determining, at the same time, the purpose of this study, namely the identification of the desire for the improvement of teaching staff.
