Пътища На Модернизация На Транспортния Сектор На Грузия: Стратегически Предизвикателства И Регионални Перспективи

Abstract

Настоящото изследване оценява логистичния потенциал на Грузия и разглежда нейните перспективи да се превърне в ключов регионален транспортен хъб. Благодарение на стратегическото си географско разположение страната се радва на значителни транзитни предимства, но въпреки това инфраструктурните ограничения, проблемите с тарифите и геополитическите рискове продължават да ограничават пълното ѝ развитие. В изследването е приложен PESTEL анализ за идентифициране на основните бариери пред регионалното позициониране и са очертани стратегии за тяхното преодоляване. Оригиналността на разработката се състои в предложението за интегрирана рамка за пови-шаване ефективността на транспортната логистика чрез модернизация на инфраструктурата, реформи в тарифната политика и укрепване на международните партньорства. Резултатите показват, че напредъкът в инфраструктурата, актуализирането на фискалната и тарифна политика и модернизирането на транспортните мрежи са ключови стъпки за утвърждаването на Грузия като важен участник в регионалните транспортни коридори.
