Поведение На Поколението Z На Пазара На Труда

Abstract

Тази статия има за цел да подобри знанията за поколението Z като участници на пазара на труда, както и да проследи основните тенденции, които движат изследванията по темата. За тази цел и с помощта на библиометрични техники е анализирана извадка от 102 публикации от Web of Science между 2009 и 2020 г. Изследването анализира най-разпознаваемите автори, за да се предостави широк поглед върху контекста на темата. Поставен е основен акцент върху еволюцията на тематичните клъстери за всеки период, като резултатите показват, че темата започва да привлича внимание през 2018 г. и все още има резерв за разработване. Сред основно използваните термини в настоящото изследване са „поколението Z“, „поколения“, „работно място“, „управление“, „лидерство“, „кариера“, „учене–преподаване–образование“. Отчетена е необходи-мост от задълбочено изследване на различни аспекти по отношение на това поколение и пазара на труда.
