Насърчаване На Участието На Мсп В Дуално Обучение В Контекста На Регионалните Различия В България

Abstract

Целта на статията е да отправи препоръки за развитието на системата за дуално образование в България от гледна точка на увеличаване участието на МСП и отчитайки регионалните специфики на образователната структура на населението и младежката безработица. Финансови стимули, мащабна информационна кампания и видимост на участващите фирми са едни от важните фактори за стимулиране на МСП да се включват като партньори в дуалната система. За осигуряване на по-широко участие на бизнеса е важно, финансовите стимули постепенно да се разширяват (чрез временна подкрепа, чрез безвъзмездни средства, данъчни облекчения и др.). Съществуващите различия между регионите в България предполагат, че по-съществено стимулиране на МСП за включване като партньори в дуално обучение може да се осъществи чрез прилагане на регионален критерий. При планиране на мерките за развитие на системата на дуално образование в България е добре да се положат усилия за обхващане на повече лица, при които има риск от отпадане от образователната система, и лица, които няма да се обучават във висша образователна степен.
