Здравни И Организационни Предизвикателства При Работата От Разстояние По Време На Пандемията

Abstract

Препоръките и ограниченията за оставане у дома по време на глобалната пандемия от COVID-19 създават безпрецедентни предизвикателства за служителите, чиято работа е прехвърлена в домашна среда. Дори в наши дни, повече от 2 години след края на локдауните, се знае малко за ползите и предизвикателствата, свързани с глобалната дистанционна работа по отношение на благосъстоянието и психичното здраве, баланса между професионалния и личния живот, удовлетворението от работата, производителността, адаптивността на домашния офис и равенството между половете. Ето защо е извършен целенасочен, ключов по обхват преглед на PubMed/Medline и Google scholar, за да се разберат по-добре тези широки измерения, свързани със здравето, благополучието и работното пространство на отдалечените работници. Прегледът се фокусира върху служители, специализирали в офис и административни дейности, които са работили от разстояние по време на всяка от вълните на блокиране от март 2020 г. до 2021 г.
