Икономически И Социални Аспекти В Приложението На Законодателството За Безопасни И Здравословни Условия На Труд

Abstract

Настоящата статия разкрива актуални тенденции в практическото прилагане на законодателството в областта на безопасност и здраве при работа, като поставя акцент върху моделите на работно време и организацията на работа. Използвайки за база разработения през 2019 г. Национален профил за безопасност и здраве при работа, статията показва най-често срещаните модели на работно време и организация на труд в предприятията от българската икономика и разкрива влиянието на тези модели върху възможността да бъдат създадени безопасност и здраве при работа. Анализът установява тревожни тенденции, изискващи незабавно адресиране, като работа по 50 часа на седмица, полагане на труд по 6 и 7 работни дни, свръхнатоварване на лица с определени професионално квалификационни характеристики, ниска ефективност и слаба организация на работните процеси.
