Предизвикателствата Пред Това Да Бъдеш Agile /Scrum

Abstract

Статията разглежда базови постановки и фактори, свързани с гъвкавото управление на проекти в IT сектора. Поставени са акценти върху гъвкавостта при разработването на софтуерни продукти и управлението на екипите, свързани с тях, а също така и дистрибутирането им в оперативна среда (предаването на готов продукт на клиента). Разгледани са основните предизвикателства пред прилагането на гъвкавото управление на проекти, ролите и отговорностите на ключовите позиции, както и възможни крос-функционални различия и несъвместимости. Представен е иновативен модел за управление на компанията Spotify. Целта на доклада е да се представи една различна гледна точка за гъвката методология на управлението на проекти ‒ защо тя е трудно постижима, какви са бариерите, които бизнесът среща, както и да запознае аудиторията със сложността и вариациите на Agile, да представи силните и слабите им страни посредством съпоставяне на ролите в екипите.
