Фискална Политика На Европейския Съюз – Същност, Реформи И Инструменти За Борба С Последиците От Европейската Дългова Криза

Abstract

Изследването представя същността на фискалната политика като неизменна част от съвременното икономическо ежедневие на управляващите Европейския съюз институции, както и на правителствата на страните‒членки. Потребността от подобна държавна и наднационална политика се изостря още повече и от разразилите се дългови сътресения в края на 2009 г. Изложени са в детайли реформите, проведени срещу отрицателните последици, предизвикани от Европейската дългова криза. Разгледани са инструментите за подпомагане на страните‒членки (като EFSF, EFSM и др.), изпаднали в сериозни затруднения, резултат от кризата, но и от неправилна управленска политика през годините. Акцентира се върху нуждата от подходяща фискална политика, която да осигурява нормалното функциониране на ЕС като самостоятелна организация и като обединение на европейските икономики и правителства.
