Концептуални Възгледи Относно Мотивацията На Персонала

Abstract

В настоящата разработка е направен анализ на концептуалните възгледи и основните дефиниции, които разкриват в най-пълна степен същността на мотивите и мотивацията през различните периоди от време. Представени са основните мотивационни модели и теории за мотивация, които посочват необходимите методи за стимулиране и мотивиране на работниците и служителите в трудовия процес. За по-задълбоченото анализиране на мотивацията на персонала се прилагат и практически аспекти в това число фактори, средства и подходи, имащи за цел да оказват влияние върху трудовото поведение на работниците и служителите, за да може да се стигне до крайния резултат, а именно тяхното мотивиране и стимулиране.
