Abstract

****************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** This article focuses on making visible the critical experiences about the beginning of the occupational trajectories of graduates of the degree in Dramatic Literature and Theater, described in academic reports by professional activity —a specific form of degree at UNAM—. It problematizes the relationship between the New Forms of Work Organization, mainly based on the organization by projects, and the high levels of flexibility and job insecurity of the occupation. The methodological strategy of this text arises from the documentary review of stories found in historical academic records. As a result, it was found that teamwork, more than a requirement of the NFWO, is established as a form of resistance to deplorable working conditions. ****************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** Este artigo tem como objetivo visibilizar as experiencias críticas sobre o início das trajetórias ocupacionais de egressos do curso de Letras Dramáticas e Teatro, descritas em relatórios academicos por atividade profissional —forma específica de graduacao na UNAM—.
