La famiempresa, un sistema vivo y abierto de desarrollo socioeconómico

Abstract

La condición de pobreza en Colombia (un poco mas de la mitad de la población) y la falta de empleo para las familias es una preocupación en los profesionales de diferentes disciplinas, donde las famiempresas (emprendimiento empresarial familiar) se han afianzado como una alternativa para combatir éstos flagelos. Este artículo es parte de un trabajo de investigación que reconoce la importancia de este modelo de famiempresas como una de las principales fuentes de creación de empresas en Colombia. Desde la metamirada de la complejidad y de manera sistémica, la comprensión de los sistemas que conforman éste tipo de famiempresas (en condición de pobreza), sus relaciones y dinámicas, son la base fundamental para generar aportes hacia el desarrollo socio económico y de género con un enfoque de Economía Solidaria.
