Metodología de evaluación del nivel de competitividad de las pymes

Abstract

Desde el grupo de investigación, en el cual los autores son participantes, se pretende aportar al fortalecimiento de la competitividad de las pymes de Olavarría a través del estudio de sus cadenas de valor. El mismo se aborda por medio de dos enfoques complementarios, uno basado en actividades y otro basado en recursos. Como paso previo a posteriores investigaciones, se selecciona una muestra probabilística de empresas metalmecánicas. Para comprender y analizar la cadena de valor de las pymes de referencia, se desarrolla un cuestionario que indaga sobre los recursos asociados a cada actividad componente de la cadena de valor. En pos de profundizar el análisis y definir el nivel de madurez alcanzado por la empresa en términos de competitividad, el presente estudio propone una metodología para evaluar todas las actividades de la cadena de valor, ponderando los recursos que la empresa dispone para cada una de ellas.
