Abstract

La estética y ambientación de los puntos de venta es hoy en día un tema importante de tratar. Los clientes ya no solo buscan en la compra la adquisición de un producto sino que además les interesa tener plena confianza en el producto que están obteniendo, y sentirse complacidos con la experiencia de compra. Por lo anterior se ha decidido realizar una investigación en los diferentes puntos de ventas de los almacenes de cadena de la ciudad, llagando a conclusiones importantes, relacionadas puntos de vista y percepciones del cliente que son relevantes en el momento de la compra.
