Abstract

El artículo presenta un novedoso planteamiento, sobre la alternativa deaumentar los niveles de ocupación, en un escenario de disminución de lapobreza y miseria, a partir del subsidio directo de la mano de obra porparte del Estado, hasta lograr que el inversionista, pueda conseguir en elmercado, salarios similares a los de la República Popular China, dentro deunas políticas complementarias de capacitación de la mano de obra ydesarrollo de programas de ciencia y tecnología._________Resumen:The article presents displays a novel exposition, on the alternative to increasethe levels of occupation, in a scene of diminution of the poverty and misery,from the direct subsidy of the manual labor on the part of the State,until obtaining that the investor, can obtain in the market, wages similar tothose of the People´s Republic of China, within complementary policies ofqualification of the development and manual labor of science programsand technology.
