Abstract

This paper seeks to show how the speech about quality education in the pedagogyfield has been to became «rare» by the business concerns from neoliberal policy. It claims to stablish the hegemonical speech as a whole part in the internationalagencies that has deep consequences to teachers, institutions and society. Also, this paper seeks to get its sense and meaning in order to focus on the purposesof the Colombian pedagogic movement.
