Proposicao de um modelo integrativo de justica para o sistema agregado de marketing turístico

Abstract

Este artigo se propos a delinear a construcao de um Modelo Integrativo de Justica (MIJ) para o Sistema Agregado de Marketing Turístico (SAMTur). Partimos da necessidade de fixar princípios de justica que fossem adequados a promocao de um funcionamento justo e equilibrado dentro do sistema. Inicialmente, realizamos uma construcao teórica discutindo as teorias de justica e do stakeholder como bases para a promocao de um sistema de marketing justo; em seguida, analisamos elementos conceituais acerca da atividade turística e da constituicao do SAMTur, e empreendemos um estudo empírico na regiao turística do Brejo Paraibano, Paraíba, Brasil. Como resultado, trazemos a perspectiva do sistema agregado de marketing para a atividade turística e realizamos a proposicao do MIJ aplicável ao SAMTur.
