El poder de las palabras de los capellanes. El impacto en los colaboradores de la gestión de la espiritualidad laboral

Abstract

Una forma de promover la espiritualidad en el área de trabajo son los capellanes corporativos. El objetivo de esta investigación fue probar la dependencia entre la percepción del colaborador sobre su estado espiritual, entre otros, y el acompanamiento del capellán. Se utilizó una metodología mixta donde, a través de entrevistas semiestructuradas, se identificaron las dimensiones sobre las cuales la labor del capellán tendría incidencia y se realizó un análisis de regresión lineal a una muestra de 848 colaboradores la empresa Tyson de México para comprobar dicha incidencia. Los resultados muestran que los capellanes inciden de forma significativa en una mejor percepción por parte de los trabajadores sobre sus condiciones de vida en el ámbito espiritual, psicológico, organizacional y familiar.
