Caracterización del comprador sogamoseno en súper e hipermercados

Abstract

El objetivo del trabajo es caracterizar el comprador sogamoseno de súper e hipermercados con base en el modelo de Blackwell, Miniard & Engel (2003) y el soporte de Aaker & Day (1989), para así decantar en 4 variables: supermercado preferido, ambiente físico, aprendizaje y actitudes y, por último, la frecuencia de uso. Se utilizó un tipo de investigación cuantitativo en una población referenciada por los hogares pertenecientes a la ciudad de Sogamoso, Colombia (DANE, 2005). Se concluye que dichas variables inciden de forma importante en la decisión de compra del comprador al determinar qué lugar tiene mejores atributos según el estilo de vida y necesidades del mismo.
