La Vinculación De Descendientes A La Empresa Familiar. Un Estudio De Casos Colombianos

Abstract

La presente investigación se concentraen la etapa de vinculación de descendienteso potenciales sucesores ala empresa familiar. Esta etapa seconstituye en la fase intermedia entrelo vivido por el potencial sucesorantes de ingresar y su vida como profesionalya vinculado de tiempo completo.El concepto de vinculación seha tomado como algo unidimensional,cuando en realidad hay en su interiorvarios factores que lo componen. Conesta idea en mente se estudiaroncuatro casos de empresas familiarescolombianas. Los resultados muestranque la etapa de vinculación estáestructurada en tres factores fundamentales:el modo, el momento y losmotivadores. Este estudio generaesta estructura y formula las proposicionesque relacionan esos factorescon la decisión de entrada real a laempresa. Se sugiere a los propietariosde empresas y a sus hijos examinarestas dimensiones de la vinculaciónen su proceso de preparación de lassiguientes generaciones.
