La gestión humana en Colombia: características y tendencias de la práctica y de la investigación







El presente estudio de revisión abordade manera sintética las relacionesentre la modernización empresarialy la gestión humana en el país, sedescriben las características de lasáreas de gestión humana y de lasprácticas de recursos humanos, serealiza una descripción del mercadolaboral y las relaciones laborales enconcordancia con la gestión de losrecursos humanos, y por último seaborda la generación de conocimientoen Colombia, considerando las tresperspectivas más sobresalientes: lasociológica, la humanística y la estratégica,siendo desde esta últimade donde se vincula el área de gestiónhumana y sus prácticas al logro deobjetivos y metas estratégicas de laorganización, en consideración de susactivos intangibles como fuente deventaja competitiva sostenible.
