La gestión del conocimiento en la industria automovilística

Abstract

El presente artículo tiene comoobjeto mostrar una breve resena delo que ha sido la gestión del conocimientoen la industria automotrizinternacional. Se describen las experienciade gestión dentro de las quecabe mencionar la transformaciónde conocimiento tácito en explícito(Honda), la socialización del conocimiento(Nissan), la creación decomunidades de práctica (Ford), lacreación de los libros de conocimientode ingeniería (Daimler Chrysler),las alianzas de aprendizaje (GM), elaprendizaje colectivo (IRIZAR Espana),y el sistema de agentes inteligentes(Volvo). Finalmente se describenlos retos de la industria automotrizmexicana en materia de gestión delconocimiento, derivada de su procesode apertura comercial.
