La restricción intertemporal del presupuesto. Una evaluación empírica para el Gobierno Nacional Central de Colombia, 1950-2010

    En este documento se analiza la sostenibilidad fiscal del GobiernoNacional Central en Colombia utilizando el enfoque de la RestricciónIntertemporal de Presupuesto. Los resultados empíricos revelan que laestrategia fiscal actual es sostenible. No obstante, se vislumbranproblemas de insolvencia en el largo plazo, lo que implica generar unmayor superávit primario en comparación con el actualmente programado.Lo anterior, se sustenta en los valores estimados de los indicadoresde sostenibilidad fiscal.
