Abstract

Las Pymes han sido reconocidas por su contribución al crecimiento económico, generación de empleo, desarrollo local y regional, por ello los gobiernos y universidades de algunos países se han dado a la tarea de impulsar la implementación y creación de modelos de incubación de empresas, que tengan como objetivo asegurar y acelerar su crecimiento. En México existen al menos tres modelos de incubación de transferencia, el MIdE SNEST (Modelo de Incubación devEmpresas del Sistema Nacional de Educación Superior Tecnológica) toma fuerza por ser parte de la red de educación más grande del país, sin embargo resulta difícil evaluarla si no es a través de sus usuarios, Por lo tanto el presente estudio propone un modelo que permite evaluar el desempeño del CIIE (Centro de Incubación e Innovación Empresarial) del Tecnológico de Celaya desde la perspectiva de los egresados del sistema, partiendo de tres dimensiones fundamentales: emprendedor, proceso de incubación y nueva empresa.
