Abstract

The objective of this paper is to analyze the relationship between the market share of credit cards and some variables related to service quality and available information. An econometric model is estimated by the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method using cross-sectional data of 30 Mexican financial institutions in 2012. The results are useful in terms of the consumer market share and financial education of these customers.
