Abstract

Die Bundesnetzagentur hat ihren vorläufigen Zwischenstand zur Reform der Allgemeinen Netzentgeltsystematik Strom (AgNes) vorgestellt. Die neuen Regelungen sollen ab 2029 greifen. Ziel der Reform ist es, die Verteilung der jährlichen Netzkosten von derzeit rund 37 Mrd. Euro an die veränderten Anforderungen der Energiewende anzupassen. Netzentgelte machen heute etwa 30% der Stromkosten privater Haushalte aus. Die AgNes-Reform markiert einen grundlegenden Umbau der Stromnetzentgeltsystematik in Deutschland. Die Bundesnetzagentur verfolgt damit das Ziel, stärkere Anreize für netzdienliches Verhalten im zukünftigen Energiesystem zu setzen und durch bessere Flexibilitätsmöglichkeiten die Erneuerbaren weiter zu integrieren.
