Abstract

In den vergangenen Jahren hat sich die Nachfrage nach Büroflächen spürbar erhöht. Die Leerstandsquote für die sieben wichtigsten Standorte hat sich seit 2012 halbiert. Der Ansturm der Interessenten auf Büroflächen konzentriert sich allerdings weiterhin auf eine begrenzte Zahl begehrter Städte bzw. Lagen.
