ifo Architektenumfrage: Geschäftsklima nahe All-Time-High

Das Geschäftsklima bei den freischaffenden Architekten in Deutschland hat sich zu Beginn des zweiten Quartals 2013 spürbar verbessert. Das ergab die vierteljährliche Architektenumfrage des ifo Instituts. Es ist so gut wie zu Beginn der 1990er Jahre – also der Zeit des Wiedervereinigungsbooms. Auch der Auftragsbestand bei den befragten Architekten hat sich weiter erhöht. Zu Beginn des zweiten Quartals 2013 betrugen ihre Auftragspolster im Durchschnitt 6,2 Monate. Damit wurde wieder das Niveau von vor 18 Jahren erreicht.
