Entwicklung von Wirtschaft und Arbeitsmarkt in Ostdeutschland und Sachsen 2006/2007

Abstract

Nachdem das preisbereinigte Bruttoinlandsprodukt Ostdeutschlands 2005 leicht zurückging, hat der Konjunkturaufschwung im vorigen Jahr auch die neuen Bundesländer erreicht. Für 2006 erwartet das ifo Institut wieder ein deutliches Wachstum des preisbereinigten ostdeutschen Bruttoinlandsprodukts. Auch im aktuellen Jahr wird sich die ostdeutsche Wirtschaft positiv entwickeln. Faktoren wie die im Januar 2007 in Kraft getretenen fiskalischen Maßnahmen und eine Verminderung der weltwirtschaftlichen Expansion werden den Aufschwung aber vermutlich etwas dämpfen. Die bereits seit Sommer 2005 feststellbare konjunkturelle Belebung der sächsischen Wirtschaft hat im Jahr 2006 deutlich an Breite und Intensität gewonnen: 2006 hat die Wirtschaftsleistung nach Berechnungen des ifo Instituts um 3,5% zugenommen. Im Jahr 2007 dürfte die sächsische Wirtschaft erneut ein überdurchschnittlich starkes Wachstum erfahren.
