Entwicklung von Wirtschaft und Arbeitsmarkt in Ostdeutschland und Sachsen 2006/2007

Abstract

Nachdem die Wirtschaft Ostdeutschlands in den Jahren zuvor – zwar teilweise schwach aber doch stetig gewachsen war, verfehlte das preisbereinigte Bruttoinlandsprodukt 2005 den Vorjahreswert knapp um 0,1%. Für 2006 erwartet das ifo Institut wieder ein deutliches Wirtschaftswachstum. Auch für 2007 ist mit einem positiven Wirtschaftswachstum zu rechnen, wenn auch mit im Vergleich zu diesem Jahr etwas verminderter Stärke. Das Expansionstempo der sächsischen Wirtschaft hat sich im Jahr 2005 ebenfalls deutlich verlangsamt: das preisbereinigte Bruttoinlandsprodukt ist lediglich um 0,1% gestiegen. In diesem und im nächsten Jahr ist allerdings wieder mit einem stärkeren Wirtschaftswachstum zu rechnen. Die Lage auf dem Arbeitsmarkt, gemessen an der Anzahl der Erwerbstätigen, dürfte dennoch in beiden Jahren angespannt bleiben.
