O Vybraných Sociologicko-Politologických Otázkach Skúmania Vojenských Prevratov V Kontexte Súčasnej Teórie Bezpečnosti (On Selected Sociologigal And Politological Issues Of Military Coup D’État In Contemporary Security Theory)

Abstract

Cieľom príspevku je načrtnúť základné sociologicko-politologické východiská skúmania vojenských prevratov ako zvláštnej a protirečivej bezpečnostno-politickej oblasti. Vychádza sa z interdisciplinárneho chápania pojmu vojenský prevrat. Poukazuje sa na pozíciu a rolu vojakov v politike a spoločnosti v interpretácii západnej politológie a sociológie a na pôsobenie vojakov v politike a ich zasahovanie do nej po druhej svetovej vojne. Uskutočňuje sa klasifikácia vojenských prevratov a uvádzajú sa vojenské prevraty, ku ktorým došlo v štátoch NATO. Skúmanie vojenských prevratov v súčasnej západnej sociológii a politológii má marginálny charakter, pričom sa uplatňuje dvojaký prístup k nim. Skúma sa pritom aj dilema, či „zlý“ vojenský prevrat môže prispieť k „dobrej“ zmene nedemokratického režimu.
