Các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến mức độ canh tác lúa gạo bền vững tại Đồng bằng sông Cửu Long, Việt Nam

Abstract

Nghiên cứu được thực hiện nhằm khám phá các yếu tố kinh tế xã hội của nông hộ có tác động đến mức độ canh tác lúa bền vững theo tiêu chuẩn SRP (Sustainable Rice Platform) tại Đồng Bằng Sông Cửu Long (ĐBSCL). Số liệu được thu thập thông qua phỏng vấn 200 nông dân tại hai tỉnh An Giang và Đồng Tháp. Kết quả phân tích hồi quy Tobit đã tìm ra 06 yếu tố có ảnh hưởng tích cực đến mức độ canh tác lúa gạo bền vững của nông dân bao gồm trình độ học vấn, diện tích trồng lúa, tham gia Hợp Tác Xã (HTX), ghi chép nhật ký; bơm tưới tập thể và liên kết tiêu thụ. Trên cơ sở kết quả phân tích một số giải pháp thúc đẩy canh tác lúa bền vững đã được đề xuất như nâng cao nhận thức cho người trồng lúa, hình thành và củng cố các HTX, hỗ trợ ghi chép nhật ký sản xuất, quan tâm đầu tư cơ sở hạ tầng cho sản xuất lúa, tăng cường liên kết doanh nghiệp-nông dân, hỗ trợ xây dựng thương hiệu và hỗ trợ tài chính và kỹ thuật cho nông dân.
