Abstract

The aim of this article is to advance the theoretical and methodological substantiation and develop applied recommendations for integrating emotional intelligence (EQ) into the strategic resilience system of a modern business organization. The methodological framework comprises information search methods used to form a representative source sample, which served as a basis for systematizing key EQ components. Furthermore, the application of a tuple set system facilitated the identification of relationships and the precise description of EQ elements' impacts. Methods of critical analysis and comparative evaluation were utilized to reasonably select an optimal assessment model for a leader's EQ, whereas modeling allowed for the creation of information models for analytical resilience indicators. The theoretical section examines and details the constituent elements of EQ, along with the specifics of applying methodological approaches to EQ assessment. The practical outcome is the development of an information model comprising analytical indicators of a business organization's resilience, fundamentally grounded in the causality between a leader's emotional maturity and the company's adaptability to crisis phenomena. The scientific novelty lies in the justified isolation of key EQ components – based on their mention frequency – substantiated through a tuple set system, and the further development of the causality between leadership EQ and organizational resilience. The practical significance involves arguing the expediency of specific EQ assessment methods and providing structured recommendations for forming analytical resilience indicators, including their calculation algorithms, information sources, and direct impact on the organization's stability.
