Abstract
The subject of the study is modern approaches to enterprise management under conditions of high uncertainty in the external environment. The topic of the article is the analysis and integration of flexible management strategies to enhance business resilience. The purpose of the work is to generalize key concepts of adaptive, risk-oriented, and agile management, as well as to develop recommendations for their application at domestic enterprises. The research methodology is based on systematic analysis of scientific publications, synthesis of theoretical approaches, and generalization of practical experience. The research results indicate that traditional rigid management models lose effectiveness in the VUCA world, characterized by volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity. The integration of adaptive management for rapid response to changes, a risk-oriented approach for threat minimization, and agile principles for organizational process flexibility is proposed. The field of application of the results is enterprise management in sectors with high turbulence (IT, trade, manufacturing) under conditions of economic instability in Ukraine. Conclusions emphasize the need for a transition to combined flexible strategies to ensure competitiveness and sustainable development. The study contributes to the development of strategic management theory in a turbulent environment. The proposed approaches allow enterprises to improve adaptability, reduce risks, and optimize decision-making processes in unpredictable conditions, taking into account current geopolitical and economic challenges. The proposed integrated framework enables Ukrainian enterprises to proactively identify emerging risks, foster innovation through iterative processes, and maintain operational continuity amid ongoing geopolitical tensions and economic fluctuations.
