Abstract

The article carries out an in-depth study of the social effect accompanying the processes of strengthening the economic security of enterprises. The key goal is to develop an innovative methodological toolkit aimed at comprehensive identification, quantitative assessment and qualitative interpretation of social consequences resulting from the implementation of measures designed to increase the level of economic security of enterprises. In addition, it is planned to conduct a thorough empirical analysis, the purpose of which is to determine the level of perception and reproduction of strategic provisions related to the social orientation of the processes of strengthening economic security among the management personnel of domestic enterprises operating in the strategically important energy sector. The study uses a systematic approach, which allowed for a comprehensive conceptualization of the social effect as a multifaceted phenomenon. The use of methods of comparative analysis of scientific publications made it possible to identify existing gaps in the theoretical and methodological support of the research issues. The empirical part of the work is based on the application of the approximating logarithmic Ebbinghaus function, which made it possible to assess the dynamics of the level of information reproduction among key managers of enterprises of the unified energy system of Ukraine. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study was the fundamental provisions of the theory of social capital, the concept of corporate social responsibility, as well as the fundamental principles of the stakeholder approach, which allowed us to consider the problem from different scientific perspectives. The result of the study was the substantiation of a three-stage model of introducing social orientation into the processes of strengthening the economic security of enterprises, which includes successive stages of habituation, objectification and sedimentation. Within each stage, potential contradictions and risks were identified that may complicate the effective implementation of socially oriented measures. Empirical assessment of the level of reproduction of social strategies among the management of enterprises of the Unified State Economic System of Ukraine allowed to identify the time characteristics of the processes of assimilation of strategic information and to record the general trend towards an increase in the level of reproduction during the analyzed period, which indicates the cumulative effect of the implementation of social principles. Further scientific research in this area should be focused on the development of integrated indicators for a comprehensive quantitative assessment of the social effect, the study of the specifics of its manifestation in various sectors of the economy, as well as on the formation of practically oriented recommendations for optimizing strategies for strengthening the economic security of enterprises, taking into account social priorities.
