Abstract

The article explores the concept of "enterprise antifragility" and examines various aspects of defining this term. The authors analyze different approaches to defining antifragility, considering financial, organizational, strategic, and cultural aspects. Key measurement indicators and methodologies for assessing the level of enterprise antifragility are discussed, emphasizing the importance of integrating this concept into strategic planning and business management. The study underscores the need for continuous refinement of antifragility strategies to ensure the resilience and competitiveness of enterprises in today's uncertain business environment. The article also discusses various approaches to measuring and evaluating the level of enterprise antifragility, including the development of metrics and indicators reflecting financial stability, operational flexibility, strategic management, and cultural adaptability. The authors highlight the significance of ongoing analysis and adaptation of antifragility strategies to changes in the business environment to ensure competitiveness and resilience in modern economic realities. Overall, the article aims to facilitate understanding and consensus on the concept of "enterprise antifragility," emphasizing its importance for the successful functioning and development of modern organizations in a changing and unpredictable business environment.
