The article calls for further research and improvement of the concept of adaptive management to ensure successful adaptation of enterprises to changes in the business environment. It highlights key aspects of adaptive-oriented management systems, including their flexibility, responsiveness to changes, and self-organization capability. The critical importance of understanding these aspects for the successful implementation of adaptive management strategies in modern business organizations is emphasized. Additionally, the article addresses the challenges arising from the ambiguous definition of adaptive-oriented systems and provides recommendations for further research in this area. The concluding remarks underscore the importance of continuous improvement and adaptation of the adaptive management concept for effectively achieving the strategic goals of enterprises in a dynamic business environment.
