Sağlık Hizmetlerinde Satıcı Tarafından Yönetilen Envanter İçin Tedarikçi Seçimi Biyokimya Laboratuvarında Çok Kriterli Karar Verme Yaklaşımı

Abstract

Bu çalışma, biyokimya laboratuvarlarında Tedarikçi Yönetimli Envanter sistemlerinin etkin uygulanabilmesi için tedarikçi seçim sürecini analiz etmektedir. VMI sistemlerinde doğru tedarikçi seçimi, operasyonel verimlilik ve maliyet optimizasyonu açısından kritik bir öneme sahiptir. Çalışmada, tedarikçi seçiminde kullanılan kriterlerin ağırlıkları Best-Worst Method (BWM) ile belirlenmiş ve alternatiflerin sıralaması MARCOS yöntemi kullanılarak yapılmıştır. BWM, karar vericilerin en iyi ve en kötü kriterleri belirlemesine dayalı olarak kriter ağırlıklarının optimize edilmesini sağlarken, MARCOS yöntemi, alternatiflerin ideal ve anti-ideal çözümlere olan yakınlıklarını değerlendirerek sıralama yapmıştır. Uygulama, biyokimya laboratuvarına hizmet veren tedarikçiler üzerinde gerçekleştirilmiş ve kriterler arasında teslimat performansı, kurumsal güven, yatırım maliyeti ve bilgi paylaşımı gibi unsurlar öne çıkmıştır. Analiz sonucunda, Tedarikçi 8 tedarikçisi ideal çözüme en yakın alternatif olarak belirlenmiş, Tedarikçi 1 ise sıralamada son sırada yer almıştır. Ayrıca, duyarlılık analizi ile kriter ağırlıklarındaki değişimlerin alternatiflerin sıralamasına etkisi incelenmiştir. Bu çalışma, sağlık sektöründe VMI sistemlerinin uygulanabilirliğini artırmak ve tedarikçi seçim süreçlerini iyileştirmek için çok kriterli karar verme yöntemlerinin önemini vurgulamaktadır. Sağlık sektöründeki karar verme süreçlerine katkı sağlayan bu yöntem, gelecekte yapılacak araştırmalar için temel oluşturabilir.
