Abstract

La loi 2010-737 du 1er juillet 2010 renforce les obligations des établissements prêteurs et des organismes d'assurance en termes de publicité, d'information de l'empreunteur, d'octroi et d'exécution des contrats de prêt. Ces dispositions enrichissent le corpus normatif sur lequel repose l'action de l'Autorité de contrôle prudentiel au titre de sa mission de protection des clientèles.
