Prelazak Sa Linearne Na Cirkularnu Ekonomiju – Početni Koraci Srbije I Iskustva Država Članica Eu (Transition From Linear To Cirkular Economy – Initial Steps Of Serbia And Experience Of Eu Member States)

Abstract

Linearna ekonomija kao jednosmjerni model poslovanja kada je u pitanju korištenje resusa karakterisičan je za većinu nacionalnih ekonomija. Pitanja odgovornog upravljanja prirodnim resursima, reciklaža otpada i održivi ekonomski razvoj postaju ključna u svjetskoj ekonomiji 21. vijeka. Cirkularna ekonomija predstavlja proces kruženje materijala (resursa) i njegovu ponovnu upotrebu čime se istovremeno koristi i mnogo manje energije i vode. Evropska komisija je usvojila Akcioni plan za cirkularnu ekonomiju u zemljama EU 2015. godine, ali neke od tih država su skoro 20 godina ranije počele sa primjenom nekih djelova tog plana. Počeci cirkularnog tržišta u Srbiji datiraju od 2017. godine, 2020. godine Vlada usvaja Mapu puta za cirkularnu ekonomiju u Srbiji, a 2022.god. Program razvoja cirkularne ekonomije do 2024.god. Cilj ovog istraživačkog rada je da istakne značaj očuvanja prirodnih resursa za sljedeće generacije uz kvalitetnije životne uslove za širu drušvenu zajednicu putem cirkularne ekonomije i održivog ekonomskog razvoja.
