Analiza Opravdanosti Autsorsinga U Pogledu Povećanja Efikasnosti U Nabavci (Analysis Of The Justification Of Outsourcing In Terms Of Increasing Procurement Efficiency )

Abstract

Predmetni rad fokusiran je na značaj nabavke i korišćenje prikazane metodologije kao važnog alata prilikom analize opravdanosti autsorsinga određenih kategorija usluga u kompaniji sa krajnjim ciljem smanjenja operativnih troškova i boljim pozicioniranjem kompanije na tržištu. Ovaj rad upoznaje čitaoca sa faktorima koje je potrebno uzeti u obzir prilikom donošenja odluke o autsorsingu, o prednostima i nedostacima autsorsinga i na praktičan način usmerava čitaoca kako da donese optimalnu odluku koja će predstavljati osnov za strateške poteze menadžmenta u kompaniji. Rad dodatno ukazuje na transformativni put autsorsinga i percipira nove vrednosti koje će autsorsing imati u budućnosti.
