Analiza Formalnog Segmenta Tržišta Rada U Srbiji Na Osnovu Kompozitnog Indeksa Luci (Analysis Of The Formal Labor Market Segment In Serbia Based On Luci Composite Index)

Abstract

Monitoring tržišta rada podrazumeva sagledavanje brojnih pokazatelja, čija individualna kretanja su često nedovoljna za razumevanje celovite slike. U svrhu prevazilaženja ovog problema, autori iz nekoliko centralnih banaka su, primenom statističke metode glavnih komponenti, konstruisali kompozitni indeks LUCI koji sažima više varijabli i pruža jedinstven prikaz opštih uslova i kretanja na tržištu rada. U radu je navedeni indeks formiran na primeru Srbije, nakon čega je izvršena analiza performansi formalnog segmenta tržišta rada u periodu od 2015. do 2020. godine. Ustanovljeno je da je LUCI indeks u velikoj meri oslikavao realna kretanja i trendove na tržištu rada Srbije, koja su saglasna sa ocenama relevantnih domaćih i međunarodnih institucija.
