La evolución del empleo y del paro en el segundo trimestre de 2022, según la Encuesta de Población Activa

Abstract

Según la Encuesta de Población Activa (EPA), el empleo moderó levemente su dinamismo en el segundo trimestre del año, con un aumento interanual del 4%, tras el 4,6% del primer trimestre. Esta evolución situó el número total de ocupados en 20.468.000 personas tras un avance trimestral del empleo de 383.300 personas (1,9%). En términos trimestrales desestacionalizados, el empleo avanzó un 0,6%, cuatro décimas menos que en el trimestre pasado. Por ramas de actividad, en términos interanuales, el empleo se desaceleró de forma generalizada, salvo en la industria, con especial intensidad en la construcción y en la agricultura. El dinamismo del empleo se concentró en los asalariados indefinidos que crecieron un 8,7% con respecto a hace un año. La población activa moderó su aumento interanual hasta el 0,7% (1,7 % en el primer trimestre) y la tasa de paro se redujo hasta el 12,5 % de la población activa, casi 3 puntos porcentuales (pp) inferior a la de hace un año.
