Western Engaged: Designing a fully integrated, campuswide alumni engagement model

Abstract

This paper focuses on how the Western Washington University Advancement office built an engagement programme from the ground up by utilising the expertise from a variety of different sources, including alumni board members, faculty and staff. This paper provides examples that can be adapted to fit any sized organisation.
