Abstract

Each year, alumni offices invest precious time and resources in incentives, contests and prizes aimed at engaging alumni. In an era of information saturation how can advancement professionals make the most of these investments? This was the challenge faced by the newly-formed Alumni Association of the New Brunswick Community College (NBCC). NBCC had a new alumni association, a non-committed alumni base, dated information and a need to get alumni to provide updated contact information. Learn how NBCC developed and launched a successful ‘spring cleaning campaign’ to encourage alumni to update their information.
