Örgütsel Yaratıcılık Kavramının Bibliyometrik Analiz Yöntemi ile İncelenmesi

Abstract

Yeni fikirlerin üretilmesi olarak tanımlanan örgütsel yaratıcılık, ilgili yazında yoğun biçimde ele alınan bir kavramdır. Örgütlerin başarısında ve yaşamını sürdürmesinde önemli bir rekabet avantajı olarak yaratıcılık, yenilik sürecinin de ilk aşamasını oluşturmaktadır. Ancak, kuram ve pratikte önemli bir kavram olan yaratıcılığın alan yazında kısa bir geçmişi vardır. Bu kapsamda mevcut çalışma ile yabancı yazında yaratıcılık kavramını açıklamaya yönelik yapılan akademik çalışmalar incelenmiş, kavramının hangi ana ve alt temalar açısından incelendiğinin tespitine odaklanılmıştır. Buradan hareketle Web of Science veri tabanında yer alan makale verileri ele alınmış ve Vosviewer programı ile bibliyometrik analiz gerçekleştirilmiştir. Analizde kavramın diğer olası kavramlarla olan ağ ilişkisi belirlenmiş sonrasında kümelendirme ve görselleştirme vasıtasıyla hipotetik modelin alt yapısı kurgulanmıştır. Analiz neticesinde elde edilen üç temel kümenin örgütsel yaratıcılığın kelime veya kavram temelli temsilcisi olduğu belirlenmiştir. Söz konusu kümeler, örgütsel düşünce sistemi, örgütsel yansıma alanı ve performans olarak adlandırılmış ve bu kapsamda açıklanmıştır.
